Here's my best translation into English (keep in mind that I only started Finnish 4 months ago)

our land so lost
wakes up in coldness in our hands

I know it doesn't sound like English, but I translated it as I read the words.A Finnish speaker(better than me) could give some indications about this text or you should ask for a English translation first.
