I found this Jamaican site, and many others too: I think it is Jamaican slang, or an imitation of it.
It should mean: that a brother.

| | | 28 March 2007 18:43 | | | "Dat a mi bredda" es un tema musical. Por supuesto que no es polaco, sino una variante muy especial del inglés que se utiliza en Jamaica y América central.
Dat = that
Bredda (or Brodda) = Brother, (close) friend
Esta frase significa más o menos, "that is (my) brother" o bien "that is a (close) friend of me" | | | 28 March 2007 18:55 | | nava91Number of messages: 1268 | pirulito, ma come fai a sapere tutte queste cose? | | | 28 March 2007 19:03 | | | ¡Lo escucho por televisión mexicana por ejemplo! Algunos mexicanos dicen "mi brodda" en vez de "mi hermano". | | | 28 March 2007 20:21 | | bontaNumber of messages: 218 | So we finally get it
I guess this language isn't in our list of translated languages, but how come did it come to be set as polish, amazing |
