MSN imi tost makinasina atsam içindeki "kaşarlar" erir mi acaba?

Title
If I throw my MSN in the toaster ...
Translation
High quality requiredEnglish

Translated by kafetzou
Target language: English

If I throw my MSN in the toaster, I wonder if the "cheesy" people will melt.
Remarks about the translation
The Turkish word "cheese" here has a double meaning - it also means "tricksters".

"Cheesy" in English doesn't mean "tricky", but this was the closest I could come to the play on words.

Hi Kafetzou,

This seems to be a double request.
Sky_03 has made this request once as a regular one and once demanding high quality.
I'll reject merdogan's translation with no rating and keep this one, however I'd like you to have a look at the remarks she made on the other request.

Uh-oh - I'm not sure I'm right about the double meaning in Turkish - I found a site that said "kaÅŸarlar" means "bugs", or little problems or errors, but merdogan says it means "older people" or "seniors".

At any rate, there's no way to make the pun work in English.

I found this:

6. slang trickster, con man.
7. slang (someone) who is a trickster.
8. slang dirty and smelly person.
9. slang dirty and smelly (person).

So not bugs or seniors.

Lilian, you might want to re-sent the voting - I've changed the translation (funny that so many people voted yes on it when it was wrong).
