Mettre la farine, le sucre et la levure dans une terrine.
Ajouter le beurre, l'oeuf et le lait

Faire une boule, l'aplatir au rouleau puis la découper avec un emporte pièce ou un verre.
Dorer le dessus de chaque galette avec du jaune d'oeuf.
Cuire à feu doux sur une plaque, 10 à 15 minutes.
