but "To access the Internet " dosen't mean "to use".

There is a difference in portuguese and english translation:

pt: utilizar (to use)
en: to access.

This should be corrected, isn't it?

I wanted to see how the Italian version said it, but NO WAY! there must be a bug somewhere, as no way to access this Italian version!
