"Part number" should be two words.

"Broken bowl" doesn't sound right. Maybe "defective container/basin) instead. It would help if I knew what this part is used for.

"you will have 10% discount" would sound better as "you will be given a 10% discount"

Perhaps the word 'bowl' should be replaced by 'reservoir', because it seems to be a technical instrument, not a kitchen utility.

I agree with Shaneeae and Jollyo; it would sound much better like that.

"récipient défectueux"= maybe broken container
"numéro d'identification"= maybe simply identification number

"vous aurez une réduction de 10% sur cette pièce"=you will be given a 10% discount for this part
