Hello, I hope I didn't bother you with my letter. I see that you are a handsome man, and I would like to meet you. I liked you and I feel like talking to you. I don't think you'll be against that, will you? My name is Sasha, I'm from Russia. I hope you'll answer.

The text looks fine, just the last sentence can be improved.
Instead of "Hoping you will answer." we can say something like:
"I hope you will answer" or "I'll keep waiting for your/an answer"
There is a letter omitted - the second "e" in "meet".
Suggestion: why not "I hope you don't/won't mind" instead of "I don't think you'll be against that, will you?" and "I'd like to speak with you" instead of "I liked you and I feel like talking to you"?
