Ok. It seems that I'm the only one who doesn't agree. It's the word "videregivelse" translated to provision . I'm not quite sure one can use "provision" here. I would have used "transmission" or "handing over". But I suppose I'm wrong.I would like advice from an expert.

I just thought (like you did) that "provision" sounds a bit strange here, but I'm might be wrong ..you know. Maybe they are synonyms/related words.
