I have a problem with two words here:

1) obvious - what was obvious?
2) re-establish - what does this mean?

I think this phrase:

" but after approximately 20 days that I paid and that nothing arrived, it was unavoidable."

could be better turned.

What about something like:

"but after having paid approximately 20 days ago and nothing arriving, it was unavoidable."

Judgement non judgment; excuse me non si usa per porgere le proprie scuse ...ho già pagato si traduce I have already paid; e infine "greetings" vuol dire auguri, non saluti!!
