Maybe it is "fuck off"?

My favorite blues in A minor is a track from Eric Clapton and the title is "Have you ever loved a woman". About "fuck off" I don't know too much meaning of this slang, does it mean "piss off", "beat it", "hit the road", or something like that?

"Fuck off" can mean any of those things, but it can also mean "Leave me alone", which is what I would take it to mean in this case (especially if Paolo IS talking to his "little brother"!).
