I guess it has been required by the submiter of the Japanese text only to type it in romanised Japanese, but as here it is a translation website, texts to be validated are texts typed in the target language indicated by the flag (here the union Jack).
Or maybe is it a person's name, or a place name, and in this precise cases it has to be notified in the comments frame... |
