believe it could be "might send us," "could send us," or "would be able to send us," depending on dialect and degree of politeness. The latter two would probably be better, though, you're definitely right.

If you don't mind, I will say it is not third person but second person: "ustedes" and it's a polite (indirect) question "Could you send us...?" even if there is no question mark. That's how Spanish ears perceive it. Any other interpretation sounds awkward to me.

That is how I had read it at first glance, but there was no question mark, so I went by what was there instead of what I felt SHOULD be there.
