No - it should be "We will never meet again" - "gonna" is not a written form, and it's not used for future predictions - only for something of which you are certain.

This was not written by a native speaker.

No, a Dutch member, good English speakers though.
But about something that is strictly for writen language and something which is, for instance in a book (small quote of it), you still can see these "gonna" if the writer just is describing a scene in which someone is talking, can't you?
So that you can see "I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that" sometimes, somewhere, can't you?

OK, but a native speaker would never even say "Never we're gonna meet again" - if at all, we would say "We're never gonna meet again".
