I am far from home (without help from dictionaries who can help giving some ideas) and don't know really what the very best english translation of the two last words of the last sentence would be, but, as I interprete it no word is missing and a bridge would become something like this:
You and I, my heart
I guess you don't say like that in english, that you would rather say "honey" or something like that (instead of "my heart", but if you tranlate word by word from Swedish it is written "my heart". T.e. "my heart" is used in the sense I think somebody whose native language is english would say for example "honey"
