"..xx comes to izmir to.." means a little different than the original text because it is like he goes to Izmır for Hande Yener's concert, but in the original text, Izmir is just a place to indicate where the concert takes place. So there should be a little change I think. It should be; "...xxx comes to Hande Yener's concert in Izmır with Metin"
