Not an expression as far as I know! I'm not sure either, what it means, I can only figuere it has something to do with the feeling you have when you have been without snuff for a while, it's like smoking, you get addicted! Maybe it's a cold feeling .. brr

Anyway, "is" can only be translated to "ice" ..so I guess it must be right.
