Bu çalışmada, kanserli hücrelerin fotodinamik terapi yöntemiyle yok edilmesinde kullanılmak üzere; yüksek derecede ışık toplayabilen, yüksek singlet oksijen kuantum verimine sahip, organizmaya uyumluluk gösteren yeni fotosensörlerin tasarlanıp sentezlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
It is the aim of this study to design and synthesize new photosensors, that can absorb a high level of light, have a high singlet oxygen quantum capacity, and adjust to the organism, for use in photodynamic therapy systems that terminate cancerous cells.
