Bütün personel müşteriye güler yüzlü olacak. Siparişler verilince müşteriye teşekkür edecek. Hiçkimse dükkanda asık suratlı olmayacak,eğer olursa eve gidip rahatlasın. Hiçkimse dükkanın içinde oturmayacak. Çay,Kahve içilmesi ve yemek yenmesi depoda olacak. Depoda iş bittikten sonra herkes ne yaptıysa onu temizleyecek. İş kıyafetleri düzenli olarak temizlenecek. Bunlara uymayacak personel işi bana sormadan bırakabilir.
Every employee will be gracious to the customers. When a customer gives you an order you will thank him. Nobody in the store will look unhappy, if you are, go home and relax! Nobody will sit inside the store. Tea, coffee, and food will be consumed in the storeroom. When work is finished in the storeroom, everyone will clean up after himself. Work uniforms will be cleaned properly. Employees who don’t agree with this can quit without asking me.
