I can't accept the second sentence as it is, the form from verb "to be" is here at present of indicative, second person singular ("tu"  , so it absolutely needs the proper pronoun before the verb. Then, for the whole text to be correct, you've also got to switch the "vous" from the first sentence with a "tu". So it will give :
"Je suis heureux car je sais que tu as vu. Tu es une perle précieuse dans une mer de tant de beauté."
