"...everyone" is singular while "their" is plural
Is it replacable by, for instance, "everyone has one's own affairs"? could one of you experts in English edit this text so that it can be translated?

Thanks!

Hm - I will leave this to a native speaker.
Here, to avoid 'his or her' ('one's ' doesn't work here), people almost always say 'everyone has their own etc'.
I am not sure whether this counts as grammatically correct (yet), but major newspapers and magazines do this too.
Alternatively, I suppose I would say 'his own affairs'.

Lein is right. Nowadays, "they" is becoming more and more acceptable as a pronoun for "he/she" or "everyone". But I have no idea what this writer meant to say. Did it originally say "their own affairs"? If so, it should be restored to its original state.

But why is a Polish speaker submitting a translation in English? I'm not at all sure what happybean means with "affairs" - I would guess it means "other things to do", but that's just a guess.

I understood what happtbean means by "affairs". It's something like "everyone minds their/his own business". I would like to translate it into Turkish after it is released.
