You're just confused with a word that has a double meaning: olho can be a noun ('eye') and also a verbal form ('I see, I stare', 1st person singular present tense of verb 'olhar'). In that text, 'olho' is a verbal form.
Maybe I should have written '...when I look at you', but I wanted to be more, let me say, 'litteral'.
And I would like to know how to read Arabian words (they seem to me just like little earthworms ), so I could at least read them, just like I do with Greek, Russian and Hebrew...
