1 November 2009 11:23 | | | Oltre alle osservazioni di Efylove, su cui concordo, anche se nella lingua parlata si usa "Lei" come soggetto, nella lingua scritta è preferibile usare "Ella";
Cambierei la seconda frase così: "Ella ha detto ieri che il Suo partner era in banca";
"partner" può essere ovviamente anche sostituito da "socio" o "collega" a seconda del contesto.

If the last sentence is a direct question, it should finish with a question mark too, if it is an indirect one, the full stop is enough.
