Yes, there is a verb. "You believe" But I think this sentence is to short to translate. Beside, one can find every word in any dictionary.

Shouldn't the requester give the rest of the text? You believe (in what, or in who?)

Someone told me since there is a subject and a conjugated verb, it's fine! (Even that short) So I'll release it Sweet Dreams.
