I've let the request into French be pending in the meanwhile. These "single words" may not be that easy to find on online dictionaries...

Well, it is a kind of list of words, more precisely description of a vehicle. The words are necessary to explain what equipment the vehicle has. Maybe a truck which is designed to carry and lift wood ro something. Don't see any objection to try to translate this, there is a context etc.
