I think about the adjective 'carina'. It's common place in Italy to use it like in English as 'nice'.
I would change the translation of 'ogni anno sei più carina' by 'every year you become nicer'

Hm, I was thinking about the word carina. It has got more meanings than you have typed (e.g. dear, likeable, pleasant...). I think that our both options can be acceptable. It often depends on context of the sentence. We have no context, so I think we can translate it arbitrarily - you know - how we feel it... You feel in this way, me differently, but both can be acceptable I guess. Thanks for you vote!
