literal translation would be:
friends and you and here

it seems to be the title of a video game so it's in telegram style.

Yup, you guys have it right.

(a) friend(s) and you, here together

Notes:
this "you" is a very friendly, informal you, even more than the French "tu," and it's often used between children.

Also, "Tomo" could be the name of a person or character, so the text might mean:
Tomo and you, here together.
But without more context, I couldn't tell you which one it was.
What set off the alarm bells in my mind was that usually in this context, we would say
Tomodachi,
if we meant "friends," not just
Tomo
but it's not impossible that it means "friend(s)" anyway...
Hope it helps!

Thnx Ian,

Nego: Then I'd say that the Dutch version has to be:

vrienden en jij, samen op deze plek
or: Tomo en jij, samen op deze plek

(because Ian also adds 'together'..?)

That would be the better translation since the together effect is definately implied. It is like translating a newspaper headline in which words have been omitted. This also causes the use of tomo instead of tomodachi for friends.

However it is not the literal translation. the word "together" is translated as "isshou ni" and it is not in the text. So for a 'meaning only' translation it should not be included when being strict.

Kan je de vertaling aanpassen zoals jij nu zou denken dattie moet zijn? Dan kan ik hem valideren .
