By the way, after 'I wish' we'll need a past tense 'I wish I had', not 'I wish I have'.

it means for me "to be full of resource"

I'd say "I wish I had skills".

'I wish I was so clever with my hands' perhaps? (meaning good at making /building /constructing things)

The speaker wishes that not only was he good with his hand but skillful at other stuff. (skillful in general)

I wish I was so skillful / talented?

Or

I wish I had your skills?

('I wish I had skills' sounds like the person is somewhere in a deep depression )

"I wish I was so skillful" is for me O.k.
