Je te manque aussi ma chérie et je pense toujours à toi! Tu es vraiment quelque chose de trés ordinaire ma petite! | Remarks about the translation | This text is in "meaning only", but even the meaning could be falsely expressed because text seems just telling the opposite from what it is supposed to mean, eg : "Je te manque aussi" looks like it is literaly translated from English "I miss you">>right meaning in French : "tu me manques", and not "je te manque". Same for the last part of the sentence (as I notified in my post in the discussion area) : "tu es vraiment quelque chose de très ordinaire" has to be read as if it was the opposite, : "tu es vraiment quelqu'un ("quelque chose" is about things, not persons) d'extraordinaire". So please translators, translate from the following French text hereunder : "Tu me manques aussi ma chérie et je pense toujours à toi. Tu es vraiment quelqu'un d'extraordinaire, ma petite" (notificated 10/26 francky)

Last messages | | | | | 1 December 2007 02:42 | | | I would translate it into a more common Swedish as well as change the end:
"Jag saknar dig också min älskade och jag tänker på dig hela tiden!
Du är sannerligen helt otrolig min lilla vän!" | | | 6 December 2007 08:27 | | NuppuNumber of messages: 14 | Tu me manques = jag saknar dig / jag längtar efter dig | | | 6 December 2007 08:48 | | | Hello! here's a copy-paste from the bridge I did from the supposed real meaning of the text (as this French text is really loose, I had to decipher what it was supposed to mean) :
"I miss you too, my darling, and I always think about you. You're really an extraordinary person, darling".
(I don't know how to say "ma petite" in English, as in French this is kind of idiomatic, and I do not think one would translate by "my little", as there's nothing after "little...but maybe is it possible in Swedish(?)) | | | 6 December 2007 17:05 | | piasNumber of messages: 8113 | Franck,
figge2001 have proposed EXACT the same variant, but in swedish of corse...
Thanks a lot for telling us the english one, and as well that the french one is 'no good'!!
Vivien,
what do you think about this?
CC: Francky5591 | | | 6 December 2007 17:11 | | | So figge2001's version is the one to keep for the Swedish translation, if it matches exactly the one I gave in my last post above... | | | 6 December 2007 18:00 | | piasNumber of messages: 8113 | Oh yes, it's the same, word by word!
Vivien,
I'll do some edits here and accept this one! | | | 6 December 2007 18:03 | | piasNumber of messages: 8113 | Före redigering:
Du fattas mig också min älskling och jag tänker på dig hela tiden. Du är verkligen en otrolig människa, min lilla. |
