Title
The scheme of the ceremonies is designed as a report
Translation
English

Translated by goncin
Target language: English

The scheme of the ceremonies is designed as a report. We endeavoured - maybe unsuccessfully - to show their changes in the historical period, from the enormous migration to the settling of the groups and tribes as well as regarding running national and global administrations in this land, before the Islamic period and after it. These statements serve as addenda for the ceremonies report.

1)
2) The original means that the sayings suits as an appendix for the cereminies report. The sayings were quoted somewhere else in the text.

Are they "sayings" (= expressions), or are they "statements"?

How about this:

These statements serve as addenda for the ceremonies report.

"addenda" is Latin, of course, but it is used (albeit infrequently) in English. Another possibility would be "notes".

Kaf,

I think "sayings" is the right word, as Esperanto "diraĵoj" would translate literally as "the thing that is said".

Addenda works. I've thinked also fo appendices (Latin as well, plural for appendix).

The thing that is said is a statement, not a saying. A saying is something like "Birds of a feather flock together" or "The apple never falls far from the tree".
