Hello kfeto, I think it's better "hurt" than "stomp", and "in this world" or "in this field" than "around here".
And "çok ama çok" is more emphatic than "a lot of".

hello, i included the some of the alternatives.
a lot of can be used here though cok ama cok is more emphatic than regular cok. im open to better suggestions. the slight effect on meaning i a fair tradeof with a fluent text in english

Yes "too many" is close to "çok ama çok", lilian.
