You must put the proper punctuation marks and capitals in English.
The English is fine, but it should read:

1) We don't say "Are you fine?" in English. I would just leave that line out.

2) "I completed the processes ..." would be better in English.

"complete" means "tamamlamak".
he/she only did it. we don't know if he/she completed it or not.

What do you say for "Are you well?"
