Du förresten, var är solen?
Remarks about the translation
kala're har ingen direkt motsvarighet i svenska. Skulle kunna vara "hörru grabben" "Du förresten". ;)

Hi Irini!
Sorry to nag, but since we have no one to vote on this one and the other Greek experts can't help, I ask you again ...

Does this mean "Good, where is the sun?"

THANKS in advance.

No, it's me who should apologise. Sorry, but I have been and still am quite ill and I forgot to answer:

No, not really. The first part, "Kala re" (Καλά ρε) is a conversation filler. Something like "Hey man" or the slightly out of fashion "yo". If you have such a conversation filler that is used in a sort of "by the way" way it would be perfect.
The second part could be indeed referring to the sun or to a guy named "Ilio" (not a Greek name mind you). If it does refer to the sun, it should have been "ilios" (ήλιος).

So, in a nutshel, I would probably translate it like.
"By the way man/dude// Hey man/dude where is the sun/Ilio?)

Hope this helps. I promise to answer other questions a bit faster.
