I want to tell you about my trip. Last week my family and I went to Paris. It was really scary to fly by plane, but my mom said everything was going to be okay . When we arrived in Paris, first of all we saw the Eiffel Tower. Then we went to the hotel to relax. After that we decided to go for a walk and visit famous places, to buy some souvenirs, I bought something for you too. It was really interesting and fun, but tiring. Next morning we got up very early, because we wanted to see the sunrise.

Hi keliauk, a few corrections:

me and my family ---> my family and I
everything's gonna ---> everything was going to
When we flew to Paris? or When we arrived in Paris?
Eifel tower ---> Eiffel Tower

fairing? would that be handicrafts?

but although tiring ---> but tiring (though)
see sun rising ---> see the sunrise

fairings are the nice little things that you should bring from abroad for your friends or close relatives.. it can be souvenirs, sweets..

"souvenirs" or "small gifts" would be correct, then, not "fairing".
