i already asked the user who asked for this translation to clear it out but he didn't, it might not be right, the last statement could mean: offer in a closed envelop, or exhibition in a private manner! i honestly dont know how u can make an offer of something you haven't seen yet! I think he means the exhibition is not in the open, dont know, wont be part of this one... sorry!
