Sin "mi tesoro", si no sería también "mein Schatz"

"hab dich lieb" is the expression, with the extra adverb "fürchterlich", so "lieb" isn't to be translated -this is how I saw this part, am I wrong?- as "mein Schatz", or whatever, as it is part of "Ich Hab Dich lieb", right?

You are right, Francky. Lilian added "mein Schatz" which wasn't in the original text.
