I think I'm going to go down to the village festival where my whole extended family will be, and they're going to make it wild because whenever there's a party, they really make it happen ...

The grammar is a bit mixed up at the end - it seems unfinished.

I think it's part of a song, or it uses part of a song. Basilo is a woman or girl.

"I am thinking of going to the village festival where my whole extended family will be and they will create craziness because wherever there's a wedding and dancing Vasilo is/will be first ..."

"Wherever there's a wedding and joy (here "dancing" ) Vasilo is the first"- Greek proverb, we use it for those who don't lose the chance to attend these events in order to have fun and show themselves. In this case they refer to their family.

Hmm. If this is a proverb, maybe I should have translated it as something similar in English. I'm not sure I completely understood the meaning, though - can you make it a little clearer, User10? Does it mean something like "Where there's a party, I'll be there?"

Well, yes, in this case s/he means that their family are let's say "party animals" and they won't lose the chance to attend this festival and make some noise.

They won't, or she won't? Does it have to be a girl?

We can't translate this phrase literally, because it has no meaning in English. My suggested change still stands, with the exception of "the" instead of "my":

I think I'm going to go down to the village festival where my whole extended family will be, and they're going to make it wild because whenever there's a party, they really make it happen ...
