That person is telling: ''Te amo y te extraño demasiado te necesito'' = ''I love you and I miss you so much I need you''

literal translation would be in my opinion: I hold on and think about you all the time because you are what I need.

I find it difficult to determine the right translation for this but the translation as it is now does not seem right to me

I persevere and I am constantly thinking about you because you are my necessity /because I need you.

there's missing: "...because..." and something more..
