the text in hindi will be कल हो ना हो. It is the name of one of the most remembered Indian movies. The text literally translates to "Tomorrow may or may not be" as is pointed out here on wikipedia article on the movie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kal_Ho_Naa_Ho

In my opinion a better form might be "(Who knows)if tomorrow will come or not"
