"go following" would mean "иди Ñледуй". No sense.
So we can't translate this literally into Russian. Though we can convey the meaning using other words.
Downshifter did a great job actually. I only changed her translation to "Почитай" because the official Twitter FAQ in Russian uses it for the "Follow".
As you can see Twitter translators also used another word, as "to follow" can not be translated as "to read" generally. | | |
