I think that Sehnsucht means yearning or longing for someone. Can it also mean that someone simply misses somebody? How would you translate sentence 1 into English?

Hello libera.I'm not a native speaker,but "Sehnsucht" is stronger than missing. I'd would translate it this way : " I'm yearning for you" or more word by word : You are the yearning inside me".
