Firstly I would put "prompted by" and not "prompted to"

I don't understand the phrase "when the focus enter the translation text box". I will ask jp to tell me it in French to see if I understand better.

In the English pop up I would put "Please specify, in the 'Comments about the translation box", whether you need..."

After the word "diacritics" I would put "(accents)" in brackets - not all cucumis users are confirmed linguists and might not understand this jargon.
