"If I live with my love for you, I don't die" is the literal translation (according to the Bulgarian source) which doesn't sound perfect in English...

"If to live is to love you, I never died" is literal translation. As I mentioned before, Bulgarian source was translated by paraphrasing.

It seems only people who compare the translation with the Bulgarian translation disagree and people who look at the Turkish original agree.
Apart from erdem644, but he doesn't tell us what is wrong or how the translation could be improved.
Therefore, I will accept this translation.
