Jag frågade bara på grund av jag har ju ingen aning om hur, till exempel, "endag", "hjennt" skulle tolkas.

Sorry if the answer was a bit short Casper
...I thought that you were kidding. (stupid me )

The thing is that I kind of took a chance, you know my tongue isn't Norwegian, but it sounds a bit like a Swedish saying, that's the only reason why I (think that) I understood this.

Right. Which saying? (yes, I was kinda kidding there, because this text seems to be written by a kid, no "stupid me" to be taken)

no "stupid me" to be taken...

The Swedish saying : "Små, små ord av kärlek, sagda varje dag, hemmet gör till himmel, livet ger behag" It's kind of a older saying, something that you could find on wall hangings in mostly the older generations home...my grandmother had a lot of "stuff" like that. But I think that these “old sayings” are on the way back today, guess that younger people like to review them.
