I have seen some strange universities so I suppose it is possible, but it seems more likely this should say I want to continue my studies of chemistry and petroleum at the University. 	Siberia Number of messages: 611	Literally it says Institute of Petroleum Chemistry (and not of chemistry and petroleum). And in this sentence institute is for educational/research institution which is most likely a part of university or independent higher education organization. Hope this helps
