Merhaba, Ben A şirketinden Orhan, A şirketinin web tasarım çalışmalarını ben yapıyorum.E-posta adresinizi Oğuz beyden aldım. www.b.com.tr sitesini şirketimizin sunucularına yönlendirir misiniz?
I am a web designer working for (A). I got your e-mail address from Mr. OÄŸuz. Would you please redirect the www.b.com.tr site to our company's servers?
I'd appreciate it if you replied to this e-mail in English.
Hello, My name is Orhan, from ______ (A)...>
Hi, I am Orhan from the company (A).
I am the one doing web design work for _____ (A)...>
I am doing web design work for the company (A).
In English, we would probably not say ".... for the company (a)".
For example, I'd say "I am doing web design work for Microsoft". I'd never say "I am doing web design work for the company Microsoft". It just sounds funny to say it this way.
Same goes for the first example-
"Hi, I am Orhan from Microsoft". not "Hi, I am Orhan from the company Microsoft".
