Jos ajattelit käännöstä sanalle "participate", niin verbi on oikea, mutta muoto väärä.

mikä sen oikea muoto on ja mitä se tarkoittaa suomeksi... olen kuullut tuon sanan tuossa muodossa monesti enkä ole saanut selville mitä se tarkoittaa olis siis kiva tietää mitä se tarkoittaa

to participate on verbin perusmuoto, infinitiivi

But never seen "practicipate" before, has anyone else?

Either it's a typo (participate), or it's a cutesy advertising or public relations word. For example, here in Canada there was a program to get people to be more active, called "participaction" - a combination between "participation" and "action".

... or maybe a neologism: practice + participate. was my message on the english one.
The arabic translation was validated as 'participate'

That's what I meant with the example I gave above of the cutesy advertising word.
