Ferier: occasions?

I think this translation seems to be really good, but I would just have begun a new sentence with "In my opinion" instead having that as a
continuation of another scentence:

...Europe and Asia. In my opinion few of them...

That is how it acctually looks in the Norwegian text (it is written as two scentences). (A minor thing, not very important to change, it is more like why not..)

And, much more important: I think ferier is "vacations" (not occasions!! As casper wrote above..) This should of course be changed!

holidays or vacations instead of "occasions"
Otherwise a good translation!
