Do you think there might be another way to translate "con todo"? It doesn't really make sense in English the way it is.

"Con todo" literally is "with everything". Several English idioms are possible, and the most likely one is "anyway". However, to me the Spanish is a bit awkward (as if written by an American English speaker!) and I translated "con todo" literally to preserve that awkwardness, to be faithful to the original.

Ah - thanks for the explanation. I also thought it probably meant "anyway" here. My proposed solution: Change it to "anyway" and put a note underneath the translation to the effect that it seems to be a bit of a word-for-word translation from English.
