	pias Nombro da afiŝoj: 8113	This sentence is strange even in Swedish I think... but what she is "saying" is that: If she had lived in a flat, the municipality had been more responsible for to make sure that there was a playground, basket and somewhere to sit (for the people living in the apartments). Did you get it now?
