"Part of the game’s rules is that there are no curses." I think it should be "Part of the game’s rules is that no cursing is allowed." The word לקלל is a verb and should be translated as a verb (cursing) rather as a noun (curses).

The word "allowed" is not mentioned at all in Hebrew. But, it gives better structure for the sentence !
